If you're looking for perfection in a chip stand, this is it! The poutine was loaded in layered cheese and gravy, with crispy fries, made with real potatoes. Mushroom caps were perfect little balls of crunch with soft warm mushrooms inside. Prices were great, service was super fast and friendly! My favorite chipstand around, and that says a lot since this small town is known for amazing chipstands. Worth the 20 minute drive out from Sturgeon or Marten River!

Good food and fast service! The poutine had fresh cut potatoes, gooey cheese curds and yummy gravy (not too salty, either!). Good prices too. So glad to see the chip stand in Field back up and running under new management Looking forward to trying the pulled pork poutine next!

This is a literal hidden gem! Owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. Probably the best prices I've ever seen at a chip stand and made fresh! Fries are great! The burger I find is the best part! Locally sourced beef with no additives in the meat. Just how an old school hamburger should be! The woman working with the glasses was super super nice and friendly. The man working was also super friendly!! Even if their food sucked (which it doesn't)I would come support this business! Hard to find amazing food AND friendly staff all in one shot. And to wrap it up with a nice view of the river while eating. You can also dock your boat and come and grab a bite to eat! They also take cash credit and debit. Most places are cash only now a days. ** to the owner, please don't stop what you're doing, your food and service and prices are unbeatable!!!**

Stopped by while visiting someone in town and I recommend this place! The burgers were delicious, the poutine was amazing (featuring curds) with a generous portion. This is an awesome chip stand!

Cheap prices, good food, and fast, friendly service. There's a nice view of the Sturgeon River here, too, and it's usually not too busy. I especially like their signature double-fries.

Delicious food for a great price. Loved the gravy on the poutine, I don't usually like thick fries for a poutine but I didn't mind them! Burger was absolutely delicious as well. Definitely worth the stop.
